Christopher Coccia is proud to announce that Lois Martin DeCaro of Lois DeCaro Realtors, LLC and her staff have joined Coccia Real Estate Group, LLC. Lois and her team bring years of established service and experience to an already dynamic sales team.

 Lois DeCaro, a lifelong resident of Whippany, began her career by investing in Real Estate beginning in the late 1970’s. Her fascination with real estate grew over the years and she decided to become a licensed Realtor ®. Lois first became a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson in the mid-90’s, she worked as a referral agent to learn more about the industry. She then joined Med Realty, built a team of superior agents, and was awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award multiple times. In 2005 she furthered her education and obtained a Real Estate Broker’s license. Shortly afterwards she opened Lois DeCaro, Realtors ®, LLC, in her hometown of Hanover Township.
