Beginning on Friday night, October 8, 2010 with the traditional Columbus Day Dinner Dance honoring noteworthy Italian Americans, the Morris County Columbus Day celebration will continue on Saturday, October 9th from 6:00 pm to closing at Lurker Park on Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover, New Jersey, where there will be an Italian festival (lasting until Sunday night) complete with games, rides, food, and a strolling Italian band!
Next, on Sunday, October 10th, the celebration will continue at 11:00 am. Then, at 2:00 pm, the parade will commence at DeForest Avenue in East Hanover, and will continue along Ridgedale Avenue before returning to Lurker Park (approximately 1.5 miles). EHIAC hopes to see you at the Morris County Columbus Day events!

A local Newspaper in Morris County called the “Florham Park Hanover This Week” has once again named Coccia Real Estate Group Best Real Estate Broker Runner-up. The newspaper encourages its readers to visit its website and cast a vote for your favorite business in the area. There are a wide range of categories ranging from Pizzeria, Physician, Pub and Realtor.
This year the results are in and for the 2nd year in a row Coccia Real Estate Group in East Hanover and Whippany were given the nod as tops in their field. “I would like to say thank you to everyone that voted and the award is really for the team of Realtors who work at the office. On Tuesday, September 14th thru Wednesday, September 15th Coccia Real Estate Group attended Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Fall Workshop. In attendance was Christopher Coccia (Broker/Owner) and Debby McCabe (Relocation Director).
The Fall Workshop is yet another opportunity to meet relocation professionals and finally put a face to old friendships developed over the phone. The relocation department of Leading RE is again the top selling Relocation Network in the county. The fall workshop was used to introduce new software and cutting edge training materials such as instructional videos and an entire website dedicated to upgrading the professionalism of the Realtor.
“I was thrilled to attend the Fall Workshop”, said Christopher Coccia, “It is always great to brain storm with the top people in your field and to have such candid conversations about what works and what does not is very valuable!”
