Chris Coccia was born and raised in Kearny, New Jersey. Son of Joseph Coccia Jr. Who was originally from Newark and Elda Coccia who was born in the Naples region of Italy. He Graduated from Queen of Peace High School in 1989 and went on to Graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Chris became a licensed Realtor in 1993 and worked in the family business ever since he was a young child. Chris lived in several different places in New Jersey such as Northvale, Saddle Brook and Clifton before settling down in Florham Park, New Jersey with his family. This experience in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic and Morris counties is a key benefit that Chris is able to share with prospective clients.
Chris received his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1998 and began managing his 1st office shortly afterwards. In 7 years, with lots of dedication and hard work he was able to build up a staff of more than 75 agents and three offices. A little background about us: I (Irene) graduated from St. Peter’s College in Jersey City with a degree in Marketing and worked for Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent) for almost 30 years.
