Elvira Green joined Coccia Real Estate Group in June 2011 and brings nearly 10 years of experience across mortgage banking and the real estate field.  In the last three years, Elvira leveraged her marketing and sales skills, helping homeowners with the sale and/or rental of their properties.

Prior to joining Coccia Real Estate Group, Elvira was a Mortgage Associate with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for six years.  During that time, she was responsible for mortgage procurement and processing.  Elvira was accredited for unsurpassed customer service, helping families and barrowers understand the bank???s various home loan products, including conventional and government mortgages and home equity programs. 

Prior to Wells Fargo, Elvira was a Compliance Specialist for six years at Merrill Lynch & Co, where she managed Money Purchase, 401(k), & Profit Sharing plans for Fortune 500 companies.

Elvira has a business degree from Caldwell College and currently owns & operates a rental business, Bella Piazza LLC, where she serves as a tour operator for luxury properties within Orlando, Florida.  Elvira has been a resident of Florham Park/Madison, New Jersey for over 37 years and is active participant in various charitable and school activities with her husband and two children.
